AM - 8 miles up to work. Feeling a lot better... by yesterday afternoon, my congestion was gone and energy levels were finally starting to come back up. I guess yesterday's workout reset the system.

PM - 4.5 miles down to SHP, met Andrea along the way.

The first USATF-Utah Circuit race of the year is this Saturday. Come and run one of the only honest 10Ks in the state! I'm going to shamelessly keep promoting the circuit this year, so get used to it :-)

Glad you're feeling better!

By telling everybody that the course is honest, you've scared the jakers out of them - nobody will turn up:)

Its FLAT as can be. A perfect course (other than the 180 turnaround... but you can't have it all).

Glad you've figured out the secret to getting over illness. Next time I'm sick I'll be sure to try the 20 miles with 16 at tempo prescription. :-)

I actually prefer flat to downhill.

Glad you're feeling better.

I like the image of all the the "dishonest" 10k courses, sinisterly lurking in the shadows.

Very glad your health is improving!

I've always thought the term "honest" was a very strange term for a running course. If everyone is doing it then it's honest, Right!!!? That's what I read somewhere.

Looks like that deer antler spray is working wonders for you.

From Jon on Wed, Feb 06, 2013 at 18:21:42 from 107.203.52.135

Despite your endless promoting, I have no plans to run any of the Utah circuit. Sorry.

From Jake K on Wed, Feb 06, 2013 at 19:09:44 from 67.177.11.154

Think of all the extract you could have gotten from the elk you saw on the Saturday run, Kevin!

We actually have a no deer antler spray rule in our house. Surprisingly, neither of us are big fans of Ray Lewis.

And Jon, its understandable. I'm pretty sure that even if you won every single race, it wouldn't come close to covering your travel expenses. You could run the North Carolina USATF circuit. Doesn't look like SC has one.

From Rob Murphy on Wed, Feb 06, 2013 at 19:49:00 from 24.10.249.165

Of course South Carolina doesn't have a UAATF Circuit. It's the CSATF Circuit.

Check out the picture I just posted on my blog. It's of the finish of the 2013 Dubai Marathon. You may have already seen it. Impressive.
