This makes my 12 miles a recovery run. Another crazy workout jake.

Great work. Seems like you should almost jam an early spring marathon in the schedule if you keep up this good momentum. then you could start your Ragnar training block!

Joe - I'm planning on a little twentysixpointtwo-er in the United Kingdom called "London" (pronounced "LUNN-DIN") on April 26th. That should give me plenty of time to bounce back for the RAGNAR relay.

I use this phrase pretty judiciously, but I feel it's appropriate here...

OH NO YOU DI'INT!!

From Jake K on Mon, Jan 26, 2015 at 08:45:35 from 159.212.71.173

Wait, are you using that phrase because of the marathon? Or because I am seriously doing the ragnar this year?

From Tom K on Mon, Jan 26, 2015 at 09:06:58 from 73.27.178.76

Now I don't know what to believe. Is ANYTHING written up there true? Jake, if that IS your real name, are you really racing in London?

From Jake K on Mon, Jan 26, 2015 at 09:16:03 from 159.212.71.173

I updated my race calendar for you Tom. No lies. You can check entries for USA XC (why am I doing that by the way?!?!) and PHX 1/2 online.

Here's the best proof I have for London - http://instagram.com/p/ySDPvrP7tL/

And I've committed to running on the Intermountain Transplant team for the RAGNAR.

I heard the London marathon isn't even in this country. Don't know if that's true...

I think it's in Ontario

website says the hero turtles will be at aid station 12

From Jake K on Mon, Jan 26, 2015 at 09:46:36 from 159.212.71.173

I wonder how much it costs to get hero turtles at your birthday party?

From Tom K on Mon, Jan 26, 2015 at 09:48:42 from 73.27.178.76

Cool! Give those Canadians hell, Jake! Seriously, watching you build up these long / tempo runs has been great. Keep it going!
