AM - 8 miles. Donaukanal.

Spent the evening attending a concert at the Musikverein. Very cool experience in a unique venue. I'm no classical music expert, but I was told that this was world class. I enjoyed it a lot. We followed it with Wiener Schnitzel, which isn't world class, but it's also enjoyable.

World class wiener schnietzel is world class. That is a cuisine that is lost in translation in the U.S. but extremely good there.

Yeah it is not at all what I thought. I'm not sure what exactly I expected - more of a fancy hot dog? I guess I just associated "wiener" with foods in that shape?

But in any case, it's a really good dish!

There's a Der Wienerschnitzel on 123rd South in Draper that's world class.

I'll make sure the ILC organizers know that... they already selected Barcelona and Prague for the next two years, but now I could see Draper being in the mix for 2018!
