One day you'll be able to do 200m @ MP...I can feel it. Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not next week, but one day.

I took the pace I was able to run for 8x1K and stretched that out to 30K straight in ~12 weeks over the summer. So logic would tell us that I could start w/ 100-200m reps now and easily stretch that out to 42K by April :-)
