AM - 10 miles. Ran to HHS and did 12 x 400m (200m) fartlek style (no split checking until I was done). Averaged 74.1 seconds. (?!?!???)

PM - 6 miles.

I figured I'd would run quarters faster than HM goal pace without pressing too hard :-) Although HM goal pace has shifted a little.

Increased mileage might account for the leg speed slowing down. Not that you haven't been high before, but there was a hiatus.

Yeah, in hindsight (and probably foresight too!) bumping it up was a mistake. Should have known better - there was really no reason to run 130mpw if I'm not running a marathon.
