AM - 13 miles. LT Reps: 3 x 3000m (600m) in 9:30.8 avg. HHS track. Thought about pushing this to later in the week after not getting my normal amount of sleep for several nights in a row, but it worked out fine and wasn't too hard to put them in the target range (9:30-33). Another small improvement from last week.

PM - 6 miles.

Nice one Jake, but I'm going to need you to stick to multiples of 1 mile so I can decipher your pace without a calculator.

I bet you can figure out the pace per kilometer without a calculator. Good long division practice.

Sure, but pace per kilometer is as equally meaningless as pace per 3k. This is America, I want to see minutes/furlong.

What is 3:10/km in kilowatt hours?

From SlowJoe on Wed, Aug 06, 2014 at 10:02:39 from 168.215.171.129

Approximately 1.57 rod-stones per horsepower-second.
