PM - 6 miles. Horsepark loop w/ the birthday girl!
The NYC Marathon once again provided crystal clear examples of how to run the marathon (Mutai, Jeptoo) and how not to run the marathon (ie. don't try to bank a 3 minute lead in the first half!).
AM - 11 miles. Horsepark.
PM - 4 miles.
AM - 11 miles. Holladay loop.
PM - 5 miles.
AM - 13 miles. Horsepark.
PM - Went to Tim for a massage. A very productive hour.
AM - 15 miles. AT Reps: 3 x 5K in 16:25, 15:54, 16:12 (1/4 mi jog b/w reps). Tempo loop. 3 up, 2.5 down. Avg pace ~5:12/mile for the 5Ks.
AM - 10 miles. Horsepark.
AM - 13 miles. Holladay loop.
PM - 4 miles w/ Andrea.
