AM - 10 miles. Up early this morning to get in the run before a 7am flight back to SLC. It was 55 degrees in Phoenix at 3:58AM when I started - hard to beat that! A lot easier to get out of bed and out the door when you can just throw on a pair of shorts and hit the road on a nice warm morning. Ran the Ocotillo golf course loop, dodging sprinklers.

PM - 10 miles, easy.

sprinklers. i complain about having to dodge sprinklers in the summer, but right now i miss them...

I figured I couldn't complain since you are up at that time everyday, and it was double/triple the temperature in AZ.

I'd struggle doing that everyday, though... if I trying to keep up this kind of volume.

Awesome! I once woke up at 2:30am to get a run in before a flight. Runners are seriously nuts.

That is dedication! I also miss the summer days of sprinkler dodging. I really hope this lame winter doesn't = a delayed spring.
