Running Miles	Swimming Yards	Bike Miles

AM - 12.2 miles. Ran the horsepark loop w/ Andrea, then up to work.

PM - 8.1 miles, easy. Down to Sugarhouse and around the perimeter of the track while Andrea did her workout. Just took it really easy today, after 4 of the last 8 days have had some quality miles.

Serious miles so far this week again. Not as serious as Nevels. But then, you're not raising money for tornado relief. Great job anyway :)

I think its safe to say that Nevels should take the crown for the next couple weeks! And that is more than OK by me! :-)
