I love it in there - but you don't get a lot of miles in for the time spent (except you apparently!).

I usually never log my times for non-workouts, but this one was worth recording since I'll probably never break 7:00 pace there again!!

Pretty much the exact workout I have planned except that I'll be doing it in the 90 degree heat at 4 PM.

that's a long time to spend in there -- hard work.

I didn't even step in any horse droppings!

You're sure racking up the miles!

I love how you linked ALL of the doctors' bio pages to your blog post about Andrea.. Including the Dr. that provided the misdiagnoses.

From Jake K on Tue, May 14, 2013 at 21:43:40 from 67.177.11.154

Definitely by design... we had to do a ton of research to find good doctors, etc, so we wanted to create a resource that will be useful for other people who might be struggling with the same type of problem that Andrea had.

The guy in Bountiful who wanted to operate on the wrong area really gets me hot. I don't know how that guy is allowed to even see patients. Its one thing to make a mistake, but he was 100% sure of himself and wouldn't even consider other options. I hope potential patients of his see the blog and how wrong he was about Andrea.

Exactly what I was thinking when I was reading that - on both sides. The more people that read that, the better.

You two definitely had your work cut out for you and, despite the struggle, it's great to see some closure.
