AM - 20 miles. Long run with Kevin and Fritz. Started from SHP and went up Emigration Canyon a little past the firehouse, then back down to Wasatch and through the Tanner Park death hills back to the start. That was ~18 and then I added on another lap in the park, finishing the last mile with a little push (5:09). Total time of just over 2:09 for the 20 miles. Good run, plenty of hills, the way it should be!

PM - 3 miles. Laps around the horsepark w/ Andrea on mtn bike escort. Then Smashburger!

Awesome run! The Tanner park "death hills" sound intimidating.

Now you will really enjoy the weekend.

Hoping for t-shirt skiing all day tomorrow!

I like the "little push" at the end. I am guessing you could do these types of runs every day.

Diminishing returns would set in pretty quick!

Great run for all of you.

Have you been to Goblin Valley? Ann discovered that they had these yurts for $60.00/night. She's not much of a camper. They have beds (bring your own bedding), bunk beds, a gas heater, and a nice deck with a grill. Not bad. I'll report back on the hiking/trail running.

I looked them up this morning when I saw your post. It looks like a really cool area. I know they do a 30K/50K race down there so there must be some good running. I bet the kids are going to love playing around down there on the rocks!

You definitely are owed a little relaxing time after the last 2 great days of running, nice going. I know "relaxing" for you means going up mountains and stuff, but it's all relative.

I think we are planning to ride the lifts tomorrow... free lift tickets :-)

Sunday will be a human-powered up the mountains day if all goes as planned.
