AM - 9.5 miles up to work. Light Fartlek: 22 x 1 minute on/off. Over half of the efforts were uphill. Didn't wear the Garmin, so no idea on the paces... probably not all that fast. Good to get a little sweat going, though.

I put up some photos from the ski trip w/ Andrea's family. We skied a lot of SLUSH last week!

PM - 7 miles home.

Nice. I think keeping track of 22 would be harder than estimating the pace.

That's a nice little workout there Jake. Along with the blasts and strides, it's a good way to ease back into the 'harder' stuff.

Its easy to keep track, each set takes 2 minutes... so if you start after 20 minutes of jogging, you are done with 20 reps when you hit an hour.

Oh, I was thinking in terms of no Garmin = no time tracking device, which is the case for me. I don't own any non-GPS time trackers.

And he's back!

And I can't believe you went to the Leggo exhibit without me :(

That is a lot of 1 min efforts Jake. Nice work!

The Leggo was OK... the guy didn't build anything using the kits - no pirate ships or anything like that. It was actually kind of creepy because most of the sculptures were of people's faces being ripped apart.

That being said, "art" w/ legos is one of the rare forms of art that I can actually understand.
