AM - 9 miles, Sunnyside/Wasatch. I'm just running easy and doing whatever I feel like for the next month (or longer). No structure... probably just a lot of run commuting to and from work. Time for a break. Physically I feel really good, probably because I only raced 21 miles of the marathon :-)

Its only 8:15 and I've already had to tell the Philadelphia blowup story 3 times to people at work. I'm glad I had a really nice run this morning, or else I'd probably lose my mind today!

PM - 3 miles, Sugarhouse Park.

I hate the marathon relived the whole week or 2 after.... or half marathon. Whatever. It's all the same and it kind of sucks. I think you need an ice cream break today :)

Oh dont worry Lily... I plan on take at least 2 ice cream breaks per day this next month! :-)

And I should add that the fact that everyone is interested, and wants to hear all about it, is actually really cool. I'll talk about running all day if people actually want to talk about running! :-)

I know how you feel. I quit telling people at work when I do races. The main reason is because they always tell me I'm crazy for running. But, I will also talk about running all day if anyone is interested.

I hope the rest of your day was better.

ha ha ha ... that is so funny about telling the Philly story 3 time to people at work. The same people btw, or different ones?

Enjoy the "enjoy running again" break!
