AM - We went for a powerwalk around the neighborhood bouncing training ideas for the next cycle off each other. Andrea worked some PT magic (ie. basic stretching) last night and my back feels somewhat normal again. So naturally I'm already second guessing the decision I made when I was feeling terrible and frustrated yesterday morning. I'm sure no one saw that coming :-) But I'm sticking to the new plan... rest now and then huge marathon breakthrough in the spring. PM - Another walk. PM2 - Another walk. Tripled today... boo yah!
