AM - 10 miles. Just ran some neighborhood loops near our hotel in Fremont and found a dirt road that paralleled the railroad tracks, so did a few miles there as well. That will be all for today... flying back to SLC tonight will be quite a challenge. At midnight I would have said it was going to be impossible, but Andrea is doing a lot better now. Huge improvement from last night.

We found out that I can pick her up and carry her in desperate situations, despite my pathetic arms. Major self esteem boost! :-)
