So ramping up the mileage? Good! I used to do 100 mile weeks when I was a miler. I combined mega-high mileage in the Lydiard fashion with intense interval training. Worked for me.

Yeah Q, just a tad. My next race is a 5K and we all know I'm not going to run a decent one off 90 miles/week :-)
