AM - 18 mile long run. Wasatch Blvd / BCC 7-11 loop. Averaged ~6:45/mile. Got pretty thirsty towards the end. Probably won't be starting longer runs at 10am for the next couple months.

I noticed Duluth was voted America's Best Place to live by Outside Magazine. I thought that was impressive then noticed that Provo was #2.

That poll was total BS Fritz. They set it up like an NCAA tournament bracket and had people vote. Provo was the only Utah city in the 64 despite the fact that Outside Magazine itself proclaimed Park City to be the best city just a few months ago.
It was just online voting mobilized by Facebook.
