Great run! Those longer efforts in the 5:40s are very beneficial. You're looking strong and seem to be getting stronger. It'll be fun to see your results at London (just running London alone is pretty dang cool; you doing London and Hales and Jason Holt doing Paris makes me very jealous).

Cool that those guys are running Paris. Didn't expect to hear that! Logistically from Utah, the best of the Euro marathons, as there is actually a direct flight to Paris.
Yeah Jen, I know. Like soon. I would tell you to take up skiing, but it's not worth it right now! We should go to Moab :-)

It's a long story on them running Paris. Basically Jason just beat out Hales on a treadmill competition last year at the Outdoor Retailer for a trip to run Paris. But then they ruled Jason a "professional runner" and disqualified him and gave it to Brett. Jason fought the ruling and they eventually gave in and gave him a free trip as well.
