AM - 20 mile long run. Easy pace, Jeremy Ranch. Usual out and back for 14.5 (Fritz, Josh, and Chad dropped there), then Nate, Matt, and I added on another 5.5 on the Flying Dog trail. Muddy, muddy, muddy. We saw two mooses!

PM - 4 miles. Shakeout.

I feel like this was sort of a lazy training week. I talked a good game about rebounding from my Indianapolis race, but didn't necessarily follow through - I let some other stuff alter my focus on the little things. I think today's long run was a good way to reset my mind and I'm motivated to get going again as I make the push toward some good races in June.

A very lazy 115 mile week, ;). I'll bet that road was a blast today. See you guys next time. Nice work this week.

Memorial Day. Count on it. I'll probably be up there one day next weekend too... but I know a lot of people are running Ogden.

Mileage is easy - it's the other stuff - ancillary work, enough sleep, nutrition, etc that requires the focus.

I guess lazy is a relative term :) Flying Dog looks like fun and cheaper than a Tough Mudder.

Thanks for the run, Jake! Total blast.

Sounds like a great run and a great crew this morning. I wish I was as lazy as you!
