AM - 23 mile long run w/ 16 miles steady state in 1:31:12 (5:42/mile avg). Tempo loop.

Other than mile four (5:37) every mile fell nicely into the 5:40-5:44 bucket. Excellent bike pacing once again by Andrea. Crazy that it's been warm enough for her to pedal all these longer efforts with me this winter, but I'll take it!

Another tough winter day in the mountain west...

Great long run Jake! And you can't beat the weather today...I was in a sports bra and capri's. Should have planned that better and worn shorts.

Joe - long delayed response, but thought of this b/c we're at the airport in Houston... you didn't come to see me this time!

Everyone on the loop knows me. Most roll their eyes or ask how many miles/marathons I'm running that day. The kids (always playing on west center of loop) usually yell stuff to me for the first few laps, but then quickly become very bored with my progress! ;-)
