AM - 3 miles. Ran some trails around the lower section of Snowbird for 30 minutes.

Had a very nice weekend, especially thanks to this Twitter giveaway on Friday afternoon...

Good week of running. A handful of 5-7 mile runs during the week, then went for two hours on Saturday. Working on re-developing a routine of good habits (ie. ancillary work). I'm in no rush to start ramping up intensity or mileage too quickly.

You one!! Glad you had a nice weekend and you are enjoying running.

Same word! Who cares about the context of the sentence?

I can't say there are very many times when I don't enjoy running (in one way or another). But I know what you are saying - I'm starting to feel like my old self again. Doesn't take long for me to start getting that back :-)

I think I failed to convey the thought I had that I felt was worth sharing. Running just to run. No specific reason for each run.

Mostly I've been running to get to work, or get home. So I guess you can say I've been running for money.

You run easy for the money! So easy for the money!

Will you eventually count those miles or will they all work out in the rounding eventually?

They all count... I'll post 'em up eventually.

I wonder how "ancillary" the so called ancillary work actually is. I reckon that I spend almost as much time practicing yoga, lifting weights, and foam rolling to support my running as I do actually laced up! Would be interesting to track...
