2 MILES? HUH?

From Rob Murphy on Wed, Oct 30, 2013 at 20:47:09 from 24.10.249.165

Serious question.... why do 2 miles as opposed taking the night off?

-Keep the body in the normal routine.

-Unwind after a day of work, burn off some mental energy.

-Loosen up the legs for stretching.

I'll only run once tomorrow and Friday.
