AM - Didn't even try. Still feeling rough. I really capped off June on a high note these last couple days!

PM - 7 miles. Started off really slow and then "noticeably slowed down" over the second half of the run, according my bike escort. On the positive side, I didn't want to walk until the last mile!

Those two minutes from yesterday should carry you through July nicely.

Don't forget about the 7 seconds. That's an extra 5%! I can essentially coast the rest of the summer now, the hay is in the barn.

Tough bug. Sucks for you.

My reaction to this on Saturday morning was "well, food poisoning for a day is still better than ragnar" but now that I'm on day 3, I'm starting to reconsider that assessment.

At least I'm starting the second half of the calendar year at a true nadir and can only move back up from this point!

Small victories! You should be proud.

Get well soon. Seems like you're headed in the right direction.
