I had my doubts that you would follow through with this recovery break but am so glad that you did. It's a good thing for you. Luckily the weather "cooperated" to make it easier to take those days off!

Its sort of like doing mile repeats on a day you'd rather just do an easy jog. Might not be exactly what you WANT to do, but its for the best.

And for the record, not running is easier than mile repeats.
