AM - 8 miles, Ocotillo loop. Then did strides w/ no shirt on. I love being in the sun again!

Went to the expo, picked up my stuff. I'm bib #207, which means I'm seeded 7th. Some good guys in the field, a couple OTQers. I'm excited. 

PM - 2 miles with a couple accelerations to shake out the nerves.

I probably should know what race you are doing. I do come to your site often although I do not comment a lot of the time. But I see the race is tomorrow so I will be sure to check out the results. Hope of course that you do well and get the time you are looking for.
