AM - 14 miles. Ten laps around Liberty Park on the woodchips/grass. Not really as boring as you would think. James and Kevin were there for the first 5 laps, so that made the time fly by.

PM - 6 miles.

It's not boring at all. It's almost 1.5 miles, not a 200 meter indoor track. Plus there's always stuff to look at at Liberty. And you have the nice spring-fed drinking fountain right off the path....

I mean, I do all my tempo runs on a 1.3 mile loop in my neighborhood, and run countless laps on the grass at Cottonwood Complex, Big Cottonwood Park, and SHP. So really, I love those kind of runs.

Plus, the new woodchips are packed down enough now - they're perfect.
