Just curious, what pace you running the past few days?

From Jake K on Tue, Jun 11, 2013 at 18:39:31 from 67.177.11.154

Pretty easy... I haven't plugged in my garmin, but I'd guess 7:30-8:00 average on all the runs. Most runs have started in the 8-9 min pace and worked down a bit as I loosen up.

Oh that's right, someone already asked you that same question a few days ago. Duh.

Its not always the same though. Rarely do I have 3-4 days straight where I only run slower, but I feel like I needed it to fully recover from Saturday.

A wise decision.

Nice miles, Jake. Thanks for the advice on the shoes. It's saucony time!
