AM - 14 miles. 20 x 200m (200m) in 34.2 avg. HHS track.

PM - 8 miles.

Got bloodwork done this morning. HGB, HCT, and Ferritin were at all time lows in early June (14.3, 42.1, 61). Based on how I'm feeling, I'd expect the numbers will look significantly better this time. Should get results back next week - closest hematocrit guess wins a dollar...

Before I take a shot at it Jake, tell me what you have done differently. Liquid iron with Emergen C? Softer training surfaces perhaps.

I tested at 49 a few years ago after spending a lot of time at altitude, but I think you spend even more time high up than I ever did. My guess is 50.0.
