AM - 10 miles. Big group run from Highland... typical Holladay loop. Kevin had the best hat and Josh was dressed like a ninja.

PM - 4 miles. Finished at the gym for hot tub. Then a quick detour over to Smashburger. Pretty good sequence of events.

New marathon WR this morning in Berlin - 2:03:23 for Wilson Kipsang

For the most part, I think so.

This Saturday come to Jeremy Ranch though. We'll do the 14.5 out and back, then add on as needed.
