AM - 11.8 miles. Campus/Sunnyside/Wasatch. Nice easy run in the dark. Our fire alarm or carbon monoxide detector decided to start doing the "low battery beeping" at 4am this morning... c'mon!!! Didn't they know we did a big workout last night?? Now none of them have batteries! Take THAT stupid machines!

PM - 8.6 miles. Watched the last 4 races of the state XC meet, then Andrea and I went for a run around Sugarhouse Park and the surrounding neighborhoods.

sorry -- that's annoying. that happened to me once when i was staying in a hotel. the front desk/maintenance woman came up to my room and stood on a stool trying to figure out how to turn it off. every time it would beep she would scream at it: "ohhhh shut up!" this went on for about 20 minutes. it was hilarious.

nice run to start off your early morning. maybe you can squeeze in a nap sometime today...

I've had that issue before. Why is it always in the middle of the night? SO messed up!

Yes, ours only do that at 4AM as well. It's an amazing feature. The last time it happened (a couple weeks ago), I pulled the unit completely off the ceiling and threw it in the refrigerator. (4AM-logic). But it seemed to work pretty well.
