AM - 13 miles. Dimple Dell, mostly on the horse trails with a little road extension to the mouth of LCC at the top. Probably the first time I've ever broken 7:00 pace in the gully... there have definitely been gully runs where 90 minutes only yielded 10-11 miles :-) PM - 3 miles in Fremont, CA before Andrea's appt. Surgery is a go for tomorrow morning. I really hope this is the end of the injury road for her... it's been a tough 9 months for her. She's done everything right the whole time, so it's time for some relief... and to get off the DL and back to kicking @$$ |
