AM - 13 miles. Loops on the dirt trail around the lake in Fremont Central Park while Andrea was having surgery. They wouldn't let me scrub in! Convenient to have a nice park right next to the surgical center. Dr. Brown called me to let me know he was done... I was a little over a mile away at that point so I picked it up (5:17 for the last mile) on the way back to see my girl! She is doing well right now.

PM - 4 miles. Half-mile laps around our hotel. Wanted to stay close just in case.
